Garddian UK - Returns
Policy
You can return any product purchased from Garddian UK Ltd for refund or
exchange within 14 days from date of delivery subject to the goods being returned to us unused, in as new
condition and complete in the original packaging. Animal RFID products are provided in sterilised and sealed
packaging. Where the packaging has been damaged or opened products will not be accepted for
return.
Where products are returned due to order error, or ‘not required’ subject
to the products being returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging a 30% restocking charge will
apply.Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we
delivered the item to you in error, or if the item was received in a damaged or defective condition. No
refunds will be payable until we receive the item back from you with the delivery slip.
TrakGard and other Garddian supplied Tracking products that are faulty
out-of-box as determined by our warehouse can also be returned for an extended period of up to 14 days from
date of delivery. Some minor faults may be rectified by a simple download of the latest release of the
Garddian operating software and our customer service team can advise on this and the best course of
action.
Before returning any products a Returns Authorisation Number
(RAN) must be obtained by calling our customer services team on 07774 626966 or 07973
421587. Once your return has been authorised we will email you a pre-completed returns
form.
Return the product, and if applicable SIM card and any additional
accessories (Note: retain the SIM card if you are exchanging your Tracking device) in the box supplied which
will protect the Tracking Device in transit. Make sure that you include the pre-completed returns form to
identify the product as your return.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery or special delivery service
available from your post office to ensure traceability. Please note that the goods remain your responsibility
until signed for by our warehouse.
Credit or refunds due against any products returned will be issued back to
the customer, less any restocking charges or the cost of any declined returns, within 14 days from receipt of
the products by Garddian UK Ltd
* Please note that you will be liable for any charges relating to
information / reports generated by the Tracking Device whilst the device was in your
possession.
